The Middle Tennessee Thread

Cotton Patch are at the top of my list, but the cost and wait makes it an unlikely prospect. I've seen someone on craigslist in Pleasant View, TN advertising that they will put you on their wait list for goslings at $40 each. Since I've never had geese before, I'd like to spend a less just to see how they work out for us.

understand that. I'm still on the fence.
 
So, you think it's still too cold? We were considering putting them out during the day and back in at night. They are 3 weeks old today.
I take the better safe than sorry approach. If they're fully feathered you can take that approach, but we can have some wicked weather swings this time of year. Same with fall. I've only been here 3 years or so, but I've seen the forecast low of 40 and woke up to 16 on more than one occasion.
