I found some chicks in the hatcher this morning that I didn't expect, 2 Splash BLRW and 1 Blue

Troy, that copper is so pretty! on both of them. I am pretty sure I know who the daddy is.....

They both have dark eyes it looks like. I knew I had that problem and will work with that. Does she have white earlobes?

I don't know how to fix that.... nobody has white earlobes in the breeding pens

Thank you. There's no white earlobes here. It must have been the flash. I must say I'm very happy with the birds I got from you Donna. Now if the other 4 will start laying. I've had about 2 doz. from my barred rock & 3 total from my EE/ SBEL.
I was looking today at the splash BLRW I really like them so that and the BLRW hopefully will be my next additions .

I have over a doz more in the bator...... I can get you a Splash, I don't think I am going to breed them. The Blue, might be harder to get

I just found out my Blue Rocks I got as hatching eggs (1 has barring and shouldn't) BOTH have have white ear lobes

The third cream legbar just hatched - another boy. This is ridiculous! 3 chicks so far - all of them boys.
