Actually, you get them all.

I checked the map & it would be 250 miles round trip which just is not possible for me tomorrow.
If it had happened to be 50 miles or so that would have been grand, but it isn't so I bow out entirely.

I hope all the eggs are fertile & hatch out into healthy happy chicks for you :)
& I do wanna see cute chick pics if they do!

(Swedish Flower Hens & CreamLB now return to my regularly scheduled wish list & pipe dream status)

It was fun to consider for a moment though, & dreams are good to have...

So I've got about 25 layers - and today I got only TWO eggs. Lazy hens!!

I feel your pain.... not sure how many layers I have..... WAY more than I am getting in eggs. I will say that my Marans are out laying EVERYONE! They are pullets just starting to lay but WOW I have 16 pullets/hens and I got 8-10 eggs today (I think 3-4 of those pullets are not laying yet)

So I got about 18-22 eggs total today.

Its those nutty TN roads, I'd have to zig zag N then S then N , would be half that if there was a direct route :(

That is a very very nice offer, really it is but w/ all the shipping issue ppl are having I can't imagine they would arrive shipped Mon. to get here Tue.

& the last thing I want to do is waste eggs, so if you have room in your bator pls enjoy them all. I will luck into some one day when the time is right, I really believe that :)

Quote: I can get you some CCL in the summer... just keep an eye out for when they start laying and I will ship you some then. I am not picking them up till Wed

If the SFH hatch I might can do that too

OHHHHH those are like fancy EE's only better LOL

OH, do the SFH lay colored eggs? really I somehow missed that fact.
ya'll are enablers, now I just gotta have some...

See I'm on a waiting list for Icelandic for 2013, wanted b/c my DH is of Icelandic ancestry.
So I figured the SFH would be interesting for comparison, but if they also lay colored eggs well then they just got all that much more interesting!

And I have cast some sort of chicken spell over the DH, b/c today he sent me a photo of a small for breeding coop/pen design I actually like which he could build.
Never mind the HUGE coop/pen he did this fall for the Turkeys which he said at the time was "it, the last one". But now he is searching the internet for designs to show me...

Oh I see LOTS more chicken in my future :)

and I think others have the same problem. I will say that my hubby NEVER did any research for me...... so you may have a chicken lover hubby on your hands.
