The Moonshiner's Leghorns

I hate rats and snakes when they're around my chicks or eggs.
Rats are under control here but it's the year of the snakes. They've been out of hand this year.
I've got a bobcat issue currently. It's making me crazy! She's huge and has kittens. I've waited up with a rifle for 8+ hours over a fresh kill she's made and she doesn't come back. Every time I think she's moved on she snatches another bird. I've started push mowing and trimming back the trees on the "abandoned" property next door where she's been denning. I wish I had the money to buy it. I'd have a land clearing company turn it into two acres of mulch. :)
I'll tolerate (for now, we'll see if any other little chicks go missing and reevaluate then) bullsnakes and garters, but I can't do rattlesnakes.

I would literally unlock some portion of my brain humans don't use and teleport on the spot. I've only seen one rattlesnake and that was when I was a kid and it nearly gave me a heart attack. I've seen three or four Copperheads in the time I've lived on this property. All wee babies save one that was bigger than any I've ever seen in a private collection. I'm surprised I've never seen a water moccasin/cottonmouth with as much water as we have around us. But I'm totally fine with that. I do see way more Western Ribbon snakes and little bright green ones now.

Bobcat hey? Haven't dealt with one of those yet.
They're around here but few and far between.
We get foxes every now and again. They can do a lot of damage in a hurry but luckily they're not always around.
We used to have huge coyote problems. They'd come right up in the yard in the daytime.
I still hear them everywhere but haven't seen one in probably over a year.
Guess that peeing on chickens really worked.

We have Coyotes around here and can be heard at night.
