The NEW Crazy 24hr AUCTION thread

@TJChickens
Super! Thanks!

Eggs arrived, all 12 intact. Air cells are a bit wonky, like 4 are totally detached. Guess the post office wants to make this hatch hard on me. What worries me more are the fact that they were cold. We have had sub-freezing temps, so I hope that didn't ruin them. But we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed.

Awesome pack job!

Oh, the mail lady handed the package to my husband on its side. He pointed out the UP arrows, she said she just carried it on its side. It was right side up in the truck. :/

I hope some work for you! Let me know. I can always send more!

It can help to have your PO hold them and have you pick them up. They will get a much safer ride from PO to your house that way. Some POs won't bother to hold the package, but some are good about it.

I will definitely keep you posted! I've had deliveries before, and once was supposed to get 2 packages on the same day. She delivered one, but missed the other, but came all the way back because she saw they were eggs. So normally she is good. This may have been a different person. We'll hope for the best and go from there!

Oh, S9s and S10s are silkied pens correct? Is S11 smooth? (I'm fine with whatever I get, just curious lol)

I might be able to help you out this week. I will let you know soon.

Will be following I would love some. Can you pm me with price and shipping? I live in Las Vegas Thanks Is there any interest here in hatching eggs of Silver Spitzhauben for the New Year Hatchathon ? I have show quality parent birds - young hens - so I have to plan very carefully about egg promises !!! Here is a club pic of a hen - winter hardy - white eggs - sweet with other birds - active, so not too cuddly. Full sized but smaller bird - comprable to a leghorn
