Glad sanna showed me this thread =D I just got this sizzle, she is so sweet! I was wondering if there was any way to show her? She is 3 months old. Someone on the APA facebook page says she is a silkie cross and can't be shown? So I thought I would ask the sizzle experts! I don't quite have a name yet, I was thinking chanel? She was hatched from silkie/showgirl/sizzle eggs. She has a weird comb unfortunately, I think it's a pea comb, black skin, blue ears, and 5 toes.

I'm hoping it grows innormally she could be shown. she can be shown as a frizzled silkie (but she lacks the head piece and for that is a dq) or you can show her as any other variety and name her whatever breed you want to call her as long as it's not an already reconized breed
- you just can't win anything under that listing other then best of color.
Show quality or not, I think she's cute.Glad sanna showed me this thread =D I just got this sizzle, she is so sweet! I was wondering if there was any way to show her? She is 3 months old. eh maybe I could enter her as non-bearded silkie, they tend to have less of a crest, and she doesn't have a beard anyway. I'm thinking they may have used lower quality and non-bearded silkies to breed the sizzlesbut look at her profile of how her feathers go from her head to her back, nice and smooth, I'd be very surprised if she grows a head puff.
he was actually a month old when I got him. He was mostly black a white belly some white spots on his wings. Then he turned all black. And the past few weeks he has had this red copper leakage all around his neck and up into his little top hat fluff portion. I will add another picture of him. I have no.idea what color to.consider him now or what to breed him to! Ah!Again I'm not sure i it's a partridge , did it start of as a striped looking chick?
Thanks =D Do you have a picture of pine cone? Sounds like a fitting name!Paintedfeathers it's so nice to see you here! What a pretty little puffball you have! My roo pine cone has got a very nice looking head puff! If I can figure out what color he us supposed to be!
