Thanks for the info! Actually I think my birds came from you. My silkie is a silkie feathered rooster. He is actually the same color as the one in your picture. The black one looks like a pine cone. His feathers curl up.

Ok. So here are the chickens I have. First two are the roosters. The next one is the girls. The girls dad is a partridge silkie and moms were one of either a black or buff colored Cochin. What does anyone think I may end up with?

My girls Misfit and Holly, they are full sisters but Misfit is a weird champagne, buff, and paint color and Holly is a paint naked neck silkie

How old is Aurora? She looks alot like my Sizzle pullet, Curly Sue, when she was younger

I couldn't find an older picture of her, but she used to have a much smaller crest. The cockerel I hatched af the same time had a huge comb by that point. She's cute!

Wow, what a gorgeous bird. I love the color and of course she's cute as a button!

And she's actually as black as that rooster behind her, I'm not sure what happened there. The flash on my camera does funny things sometimes!
