Feels like Ecoli infection
Or EYP but I can be wrong

Yellow urates poop might be from Dehydration too
But poop those seems like cooked egg is always EYP

Start Baytril
That is why I suggested a vet. Sadly, many strains of E. coli are resistant to amoxicillin, so something like Baytril would be better.

When my vets prescribes it for me they have me give ~57 mg per pound *twice* a day, which is also what all of the veterinary drug books say to do. She looks like a good sized hen, so she should probably get 250 mg *twice* a day.

Preening is a good sign.
Is there any chance you could get her to a vet? I ask because I think she might benefit from a different antibiotic and something for pain and swelling.

This poop looks like it has some blood in in too:

How much would a vet end up being? Ill have to Google if there's a chicken one around here

Probably $45 to $65 for an exam, plus drugs, plus fluids. You could explain that you're on a budget and want to keep costs down. They could also teach you how to tube fluids, which is a good skill to have.

Exactly if vet is near and see poultry that would be best option otherwise baytril won't hurt either only treat the path

The problem is getting the Baytril. This is a holiday weekend so anything ordered today isn't going to arrive until next week.
