Finally made it through the thread, lots to make me smile, thanks!  No chickens yet but this forum has made me say something I NEVER thought I would say.  I love math .... well, chicken math anyway!!  My momma told me at a young age I just can't do math but I bet I'll be able to do chicken math.

The only math I love is CHICKEN MATH

No, the chickens cannot have pancakes. Thry are eating healthy food only until i know they eat their crumbles. Pancake will spoil their appetite.

my friend was going to the home improvement store... so I asked for a 12' length of 1 x 2 or 2 x 3 board for a roost for my bantam roosters...

what I got? a 10' length of 1" pvc pipe. my pen is 10' x 10' so the pipe is too short in the first place... and it's so flexible that even a 10 ounce bird has a hard time not being bounced up to the ceinling.

I gave eggs to some friends. Kid you not one lady asked how do you cook them. What? Seriously it is an egg. Then 2 days later she gave than back um ok. Her reason I don't know how they will taste and I don't know how to cook with them I have only used clean eggs out of the store. I about died laughing. I cracked one for her scrambled it she is now hooked

I made a cup of coffee Tuesday, and Accidentally forgot about it... it had creamer and hot cocoa mix in it still.. and I guess I was lazy Tuesday and used the cup as a catch to drain ramen, instead of walking down the hall to the sink... (Long story short)

As I was cleaning it out today I said to myself, this is one thing I don't think even my CHICKENS would try to eat... It was awful...

nice breast,  what I mean by this is I made chicken breast from one of our rooster's and my husband said,nice breast he also said his mom's breast was dry.

This is my first time incubating eggs and today is hatch day. So hard to just sit and watch.

So I am cheer leading the eggs. Words of encouragement to come out of the shell.
