Woohoo! I found 4 Black Spanish turkey eggs. I hope they're fertile. I'm going to keep trying to locate more over the weekend. I may purchase online from someone on here or on eBay, so some of my hatch may be a few days behind since I doubt they'd make it to me by Monday. I've hatched many quails, ducks, ornamental ducks, chickens and lots of geese, but this is my first time attempting turkeys. I hope it goes well. I may be asking for some advice

OK- for those who need eggs: Turkey eggs are heavier, so shipping is generally about $15 these days. I'll ship MIXED BREED eggs- 8+ eggs for $25 shipped. I can't do the foam because I'm out, so they'll be bubblewrapped (unless I can find foam cups, in which case I'll ship 'em Deerman-style).

I can do 2 batches of eggs since all of the hens are laying daily. I'll keep the older eggs for my own incubation.

Let me know before 4 Central so I can pack them up!

DOes anyone need eggs?? I have been collecting all week, but have not checked fertility. I'm happy to send out eggs to those that are in need at $2 per egg plus shipping. I double box and have had successful customers in the past. Box would contain: sweet grass, 3/4 auburn, mixed pen, and bourbon reds. THe eggs are marked. Send me a PM!!

What is the set day for turkey eggs? I'm getting nervous the bator wont be empty in time. I know I cant leave them in there for ever hoping for a hatch, but today is day 28 and I had 1 turkey pip and 3 chicken(day 21) last night. I checked this am before work and no change. Its driving me crazy... I really want another hen from my girl. I know the babies were growing. I don't know what could have made them quit late. (Not the entire Bator full)

Exactly what would an empty Bator look like?

Out of space now, deciding how to stack them. Or add another shelf. Mine hold 84, but I can expand to 120, and two Hatchers.
