that's a bummer i'm am a bit worried about over heating we have been having 90 plus weather but wow all of them? that sucks so bad i'm sorry for your lossMeyers is pretty good about stuff like that. I had 30 chicks die in transit last March. All frozen to death. I called and originally got just some customer service lady who said all she could do was give me a credit towards a new order and not even refund my shipping. I got a call later from someone who actually had power to do something and she gave me a full refund. I ordered from somewhere closer because I was worried about frozen babies again until it was nice and warm out, but I am still kinda bummed (a year later) about my little bantie welsummers who died in that shipment. They are one of the breeds I have wanted more than any others and I have not been able to get them since.
I have a chicken math problem and I also have a hatching addiction. And I have bantam blue egg layers. The closest I'll be to where you are is Arkansas in a couple weeks, but that's not really close.
