Doesn't look like my 12 eggs are fertile. Someone tell me how to correct this problem. Should I get him a movie or some mags or something? Maybe a blow up duck with some red lipstick on?

When you figure it out, let me know. My boys need some encouragement. They only seem to get to business if the sun is shining which rarely happens here.

He can get flydtrke from a bandaged foot injury? I knew he could get a infection, but I'm changing it once a day, and making sure all is well. Hes in my "rehad" center (AKA broody shed LOL.... hes hanging with broody mama...)

I was gonna keep all three (boys and girl) But i caught one of them breeding another hen, so i decided they need to go, since i have no other pens to keep them in. And no body wants just 2 drakes, so i had to sell the hen too.... Someone emailed me 1 hour after i posted too! I'm gonna call him tomorrow.

I think flystrike can happen anytime a fly can get to the wound and lay eggs. If bandaged well, you are probably fine. I'm just paranoid about that stuff because I'm really squeamish.

Yep, the bill color. Boys have blackish blue bills, girls have pinkish cream. Its blue

URG!!! No more shipped eggs for me! Maybe its just my luck, but 2 died in the shell, and they are ALL shrink wrapped! I better get 2 or 3 girls outa this, or I'm gonna lay off hatching for a while LOL. So far, 2 babies and 2 BOYS!!!!!
