I'm actually happy to not have crested ducks. They're cool looking, but I've seen the drake grab the duck's crest violently when mating and I'd hate to have to deal with that sort of thing.

By the way, we moved the last 2 babies into brooder tank a few minutes ago. They settled in nicely. Whew!!

Gave my bator a steaming hot hose down and now trying to dry it out asap so I can move goose babies over first thing in the morning.
