I've been checking in on this thread regularly, and am excited to still have 6 healthy, developing eggs out of 6. I just have a question about air sac and size. I've got the diagram from the Hatching Eggs 101 page, but I'd like some feedback from some experienced fellow hatchers. Does this look good to you? It's a buff duck egg, and today is day 17. The first mark was done on day 13.

Looks good to little old me.. I only mark mine when I set them so I'm not used to seeing the actual markings as they draw back, but to me that looks good. :)

Can't wait to see your babies!!

Ok thanks! That's what I thought - they looked good, developing well. I thought they were a bit small at day 13 so reduced humidity, now I think they're fine, so will keep humidity at a steady 45 - 55%. So excited for them to start pipping!

Scratch that- two pips!!
Exciting! My wanna-be early birds just went into lockdown. One internal pip out of 35 and the air cells are looking good.

I agree. I don't mark air cells anymore since I have a pretty good feel for what they should look like. Those look good to me.

Four BEAUTIFUL pips this morning and tons of tapping, rocking and peeping!! :D Smells like babies hatching when I put my nose to the air vent! LOLLL wow funny how that baby smell grows on ya. :)
