No. I had gotten a call about the black ones but she hasn't called back. They are listed on a few sites so I will see if anything happens there.

he was doing so great and then hit a vein or something and I checked about 4 times before I pronounced the little guy as a goner. But on other news I had two ducklings waiting fr me this morning in the bator. Which is always a good thing. I will post a pic of them either tomorrow or the next day. I work 7 to 7 tomorrow so I might be too tired when I get home.

I'll be okay. Got several angles I'm working trying to find a job for the offseason.

Thought I would quickly come show you what my gorgeous muscovy babies look like. Unfortunately the last baby didn't make it. But there is still three to love. Aren't they just adorable?

How adorable. It's always hard to choose which ones to keep. I always ending up keeping more than planned.


In other news, I went up to the farm to help out on an all day project today. Since I was last there, a broody duck we didn't find hatched one sweet little runner baby. And a broody hen we didn't find showed up with 10 littles. Someone needs to tell these girls that it's not hatching season!

I let my 4 babies, 2 tiny calls, 1 dwarf call and a chocolate bibbed, out with the older flock members yesterday....went just fine...one rooster tried to boss them but I shewed him a couple of times and he quit...he's a sweet boy!
