Well I came home to my bator chirping !!! 2 of my Lemon Blue Cochins are pipping

I have 11 down.... Please do the lemon Blue dance with me

I only got 1 out of 3 chicks last time....They are scheduled to hatch tomorrow ~ SO 2 more early birds again, Thats a good thing right?

Yay! I have another 25 days or so until I have new babies. But since I'm keeping mist if not all the babies I have now I have plenty to keep me busy until it warms up. Then I won't have time, I'll be prettying up my coop and yard and gardening.

The Cayugas! They are so funny & sweet & they walk like pregnant people!
Yes I have done the prego waddle too at the end

I wanted to hatch the Cayuga's the MOST because I saw them at the fair in the showing class, & I was was like HOLY CATFISH BATMAN that is one truly beautiful bird. I do not think pictures do them justice ~ They are such a radiant BEETLE-GREEN

I will be hatching more soon, Since I only got 2 purebred ones, my other 3 were mixed with runner.... (was not happy on that one)

Speaking of Cayuga's, my favorite duckling from the last hatch is a Cayuga.

AND.... I just got an email saying my Cayuga eggs from Pidgey are on their way!

Blue egg #3 just hatched... and it looks totally different than the others. It is almost all black with white patches. White egg #1 is zipping away.
