I like tribe names! So many to choose from, I would wait til they get there and they will probally name themselves!

shes only about an hour away from me..
she wont have them longer then a few hours because i have to wait for my girls to get out of school.. URG WHY!!!
I KNOW SHES THE BEST!!! shes going to have a baby in july after 8 miscarrages she finally kept a pregnacy!!!! im sooo happy for her!!
well and me i get my baby fix with out having one myself lol

Well, I upped their food to see if that helps. And switched back to just the straight Layena. I'm getting sick of this though. Stupid free-loaders.

And I feel ya on the chicken breeds. I got 3 layers last spring and just went nutty after that! But in my defense... as a kid, I used to get the Marti's Poultry catalog and daydream of ordering all those fancy breeds in there. I even set up a hatchery and had everything all planned out. I was going to hatch everything in my 6 egg incubator. LOL!

thats what i always say also!!! when there were two kind of chickens in the world FOOD and LAYERS
why does it have to be soooo complicating now
then my husband replys "ITS NOT RACHEL YOUR THE COMPLICATION!!! i just wanted layers that i could eat.. now your ooo thats pretty ooo i want that ooooo look at that one UGH!!! i wanna rip my hair out.."
as i reply "hun you shave your head you cant pull your hair"

i feel your pain girl mine didnt lay all winter starting in october then a few days ago i got one egg you would have thought i found the city of atlantas LOL!!!
my husband said we are not I REPEAT NOT BUYING EGGS!!!
yesterday i got three THREEE EGGS YAY!!!!!!

Lol, I started with 5 buff orps. I've kept it to around 20 birds, but am selling some and hatching new ones constantly. I didn't realize how many there were and then I wanted to have one of everything for awhile just to see if I like them, lol. After a year and a half of having them (this time, I have had chickens and ducks before), I have finally decided what I want I think, and can start concentrating on my birds instead of hatching everyone elses. Once I get some more quail and call eggs, of course.

I didn't realize how many there were and then I wanted to have one of everything for awhile just to see if I like them, lol. After a year and a half of having them (this time, I have had chickens and ducks before), I have finally decided what I want I think, and can start concentrating on my birds instead of hatching everyone elses. Once I get some more quail and call eggs, of course.

quail and phesants and peafowl...
maybe an EMU some day (SORRY 70% i love you and your sammy)
i want some polish and i want buttercups and geese seebies and emboden
is it polish that have that comb that looks like a V i want whatever chicken that it to
OMG I FORGOT GUINEAS and well other breeds of ducks like cayugas and runners maybe a pekin
