Bakin, do you have a bathroom you can steam up to check the eggs by candling so they stay with high humidity? If so, then candle and see how they are doing.
Now as for the dinner front. How about grilled chicken salad? Or chicken with cherry tomatoes and spinach sauted in olive oil, parm cheese and fresh herbs? It can go on rice, noodles, pasta, or over baked potatoes.
Over roasted pork tenderloin with red skin herb potatoes.

Ok, I will go ahead and set the ancona eggs tonight. I'll be sure to schedule time off work for the last half of that week, because if all goes well, I'll be hatching babies for 3-4 days straight.

the bathroom is up a flight of stairs and it may do more harm than good to move them, i have been misting really well when i enter the bator and keeping it covered with a blanket and just popping under that to keep in heat and humidity, i candled a few minutes ago and the one that started pipping late last night still hasn't gotten thru but still rocking a bit, they all internally pipped either monday night or early tuesday morning.

that all sounds so yummy, it is only me and one of my munchkins home tonight so i might have to make a trip down to the store she told me she wanted noodles

i swear she could eat pasta and sauce every night of the week

My kids love pasta too. That's ok with me most of the time, I like having something I can keep on hand and is quick to put together for nights when I just don't feel like cooking, lol.

well the bbq pork part sounds yummy . but i eat very few veggies.
