This is for future attempts. Can you post a pic of an attached yolk sac. I looked last night and couldn't find one.The membrane is looking very translucent which is a good sign that she's ready. Since the shell is coming off so easily it was probably quite dry during incubation which may be why she's just a little stuck. Since you're able to, I would pick some more shell away by the rump to see if there is any yolk sac and if not I would slowly peel back some of the membrane and allow the chick to push out. If you happen to see blood just apply light pressure with a q-tip or paper towel and continue to wait.
