Very helpful, thank you. I've got a copy of the Holderread goose book, and there's a picture of Swan Geese. Those look the most similar to mine.

That would make since ... African and Chinese geese are descended from wild swan geese.

I can but then I had a year with Sting, Lydia and Pauline before they brought the other eight into the world. I can't tell the young ones apart though.

I am just amazed at how big and and gorgeous they are.

Hi Toulousemama here. Well I think Gertrude had an accident Wednesday night..She refused to go into pen and when I got up yesterday she was limping and holding up her left foot. I finally caught late yesterday and penned her..no lacerations, no bones broken just very tender son I will see how she is this a.m.

Just wanted to share a few pictures of my 3 boys! They're never more than a few feet away from my boyfriend and I when we are outside and spend most of their time on the back porch where they can see us through the sliding doors! They are about 5 months old now. Love them to pieces!
