Hello all! Can we give our girls strawberries with mold on them? We are going with no, but are curious. They loved the zuccini we gave them earlier...

I'm with her. I wouldn't feed any animal anything with mold on it....

Thank you for the reply. We thought so, but wondered. Good to know for sure!

I think the biggest fear from any moldy food is mycotoxins, which can be deadly. Is that right, everyone else?

I know that one of the first things you'll be asked if you have a mysterious death is, "Is your feed moldy?"

My rule is, if is isn't safe for me to eat then don't feed it to the critters!
