Hey GabrielBane...hopefully someone here may have an idea. Sweetgrass are beautiful birds. Good luck finding some.

Feisty...wish you could have entered Coco's dust bath pic in the Dust Bath Contest! Its a great shot!! And the head shot of Big Bird is amazing! Your girls look great. Honestly, I can sit for hours watching my turkeys in a dust bath. Love those happy chirps they make!

Adam has no idea how lucky he is!! Aurora, hopefully he'll use his "stay" wisely!

JR....looks like the Palms have ousted the dog....that's a funny picture.

My family is catholic, so we participate in certain feast days. This last weekend was the feast of St Francis, and since our priest is Franciscan, he does the big blessing of the pets. And you know what Esther brought to be blessed? A turkey, of course. Right after she got blessed, Esther lost hold of her and she flew from the front of the church to the back, luckily not pooping on anyone or stepping on any heads. She landed just on the edge of the bake sale table without stepping on any cakes. Everyone had a good laugh. This is a pretty big church, huge for Montana. That bird flew half a football field.
Hope Esther wasn't too freaked out when she went airborne!! But just like a turkey to land on a food table! Daisy is a convicted pizza thief!

I'm so annoyed with Annie! She's still sitting on air. She has completely ruined her new tail feathers. They are all ragged on the ends. Looks like she stuck her beak in a light socket. I've been tossing her off the nest. But as soon as i put them back in their run she goes back to her eggless nest. They use a pallet leaning against the wall as their nest. Which I've removed. So now she just sits in the corner. Boy she's stubborn. But shes an easy broody. She lets me pick her up off the nest without any issues.

Ralph, neither of my hens mind a bath. In fact they like water. When i get my hose out the chickens scatter & the turkeys come running. They love the zero entry wading pool. The day i found Daisy she was covered in dried mud & poop. I had to give her a bath. She pretty much stood there. You need to take a glamour shot once she's been groomed.

When is this show? To show a turkey, don't you have to move them? You may want to practice with treats.

Speaking of rain, we've had none. Sure wish you could send some our way.....
