It's probably something to do with her heart. Chickens that suddenly die usually have had a heart attack.

No I mean it's weird that there is just those two feathers and nothing else. The orangish feathers are on her back and those two black feathers is her tail, I've never seen any of my other chickens have tails like that. XD

Yeah. I have had ones have strokes... But they had other problems, never random. That is probably what had happened though.
