Trying to figure out what's wrong with my mom's hen-she's slow?

Hello!

My mom has a small group of lavender Orpingtons, and one of them (who was on the bottom rung of the order) is...not all there.

She's slow to react. Clearly there's not something right with her. She reacts fine to things, but if I had to describe her with a different, nicer word it would be "careful."

She was separated for plucking, reintroduced in a different pen, and she weirdly hugs the walls? We don't know if she's blind because she does still react to things like us and food, but she's just an odd bird. Typing it out really makes me suspect she's blind... She's currently separated after getting herself stuck in the fence and rubbing her wing raw.

We currently do not have a vet near us, or else she would have gone (we use an equine vet, but they don't take below cat-sizes).
