Turkey hen with bloated crop; not eating much; lethargic

I think you need to feel the area I marked on your photo. That is not normal, even on a BB… however her legs look good.View attachment 2818845

if that area feels, soft in any way. Like fat, water or air squishy. And with what @casportpony said about the poo and dehydration.

I am thinking it looks like she might be shutting down.

I would give her no feed for a day or two, lots of water and some electrolytes. Also provide grit.

Give her a low roost, keep her off grass or hay. If you let her out keep her on a hard surface, rocks or gravel would be best.

This sounds more like a pet turkey than one of a flock. So exercise her lightly.

but please be aware, she may not recover. Do everything you can. Including preparing yourself.

good luck. Best too you.
Thank you so much. We're literally at the vet right now.

She is a pet turkey, and we love her very much.

What did the vet say?
Sorry for not seeing this until now! We got home a just short while ago.

We didn't really get a diagnosis (there's not a vet that's experienced with turkeys where we live) but we did get some antibiotics, an antifungal (in case that's what the problem is), and an anti-inflammatory. We gave her her first shot of antibiotics. I pray it works.

Good luck! She's a very beautiful turkey and it's nice to see you love her so much. Hopefully it's something that can be fixed through the medication and not just her body catching up to her. BBWs sound like such sweet turkeys.
