Turkey with closed eye

My 7 month old turkey seems to have some sort of injury in its eye. She seems to have a bump on her skin around the eye. She will close that eye. She can open it and also eats and drinks but she seems to be irritated by it. I'm not sure if it's an infection or maybe a peck wound. Any advice?
