OK. Thank you. Again, this isn't an ID thread, but an adoption thread. I think people have enough input on breed at this point. I'm more interested in finding them homes than talking about Belt.

Yeah, I love them too much to just off them because of gender. I am so down about it, already. They've done right by me for the past two months, and I want to do right by them if I'm able.

I do understand, I just think it's best that potential adopters are aware and ok with the birds' genetics so that their next home can be a forever one.

I hear you. I did the same for my accidental cockerel. It wasn't easy but he eventually found a good home where he wasn't turned into dinner.

Araucana and Ameraucana both are tufted and multi-colored.

Not true. Araucanas are tufted and non tufted. Ameraucanas have beards and muffs. The birds you have are Easter Eggers.
