Two questions for gun control people

If criminals expect the possibility of people being armed on the premisis where they plan on committing crimes, they move to a softer target. That's one reason why "Gun free house" signs are so unpopular.

Look, who wrote the book(s) is NOT using all the gun laws.
There are so many laws already that aren't being enforced, instead they just make new ones

A law that isn't being enforced strictly is purchasing guns online. You need to have a licensed person to transact it. But now you can bride some guy over the internet with money to send you the gun without it. Cause they don't keep a record of what gun is buying marketed online

Tell me a gun law that is not being enforced. Every law on the books about guns is being enforced.
There are all sorts of laws that are not being enforced...there are too many laws for them all to be enforced or enforcable. We don't have enough cops, courts or jails to do it. Politicians just want to make new laws to say "Look, see what *I* did!"

If you mean bribing someone online as if you bought it from craigs list? That is a private sale and if they were caught they would be in trouble.

So is it the law not being enforced or people breaking the law ?

How many laws are there? There are "not that many" laws regarding guns.
I am on WIKI looking through the states on their firearm laws and not one of them I have passed is not enforced.

So how is that law not being enforced? It is well known in the firearm community that transfers across state lines require the firearm to be shipped to a dealer for it to be entered into their log book and a 4473 to be completed prior to a background check. Add to that the ATF does run stings like this and anyone who gets caught will be prosecuted. The ATF doesn't just look the other way.

So there is a big difference between a law not being enforced and people getting away with breaking the law. People get robbed all the time and get away with it but again that doesn't mean that the law isn't being enforced.

I guess ya'll aren't really getting it.
I never said it WASN'T being enforced they just aren't being as strict. And no, not from a craigslist dohicky site.
Instead of getting more gun laws from some person, they should just be alot more strict with the ones they havr now. Like there is this site where you meet someone and they sell you high powerd rifles and etc, and if the government already know, why not stop them? Cause the Colorado shooting happend cause this person sold the prick those guns in the back of his car! I mean.. woow

I know cause my father is a federal agent~
