UCDavis report- Can someone help me understand this report

Soy and corn free does not mean that they will not get fatty liver from eating it. If you intend to continue with this feed then fermenting it and feeding them a limited ration twice a day rather than ad lib would be my advice, There are posts from others on this site whose birds have died suddenly from liver haemorrhage due to selective consumption of whole grain feeds like Scratch and Peck. Yes, production will fall when you change feeds because they will not like pellets or crumbles nearly so much, but if you persevere with it they will get used to it and production will come back up. Sometimes you have to be tough with them until they transition.

To me it seems like this bird had more than one issue going on inside her and perhaps if the liver haemorrhage had not killed her suddenly, she may have had a slow and painful death with the cyst and fungal infections..... thanks @Texas Kiki for the magnified report

@Texas Kiki @PirateGirl
here is the final report

5/20/2019: Microscopy revealed the severe, chronic respiratory fungal infection involving the lungs and air sacs as well as the "abscess" like sac which may be associated with the remnant oviduct though the significant infection is in the air sacs. Aspergillus fumigatus is isolated from the lungs and air sacs. Birds are typically highly susceptible to fungal respiratory disease and in this case had been going on for a while and is the cause of the demise by generalized inflammatory reaction (there are fibrin thrombi in the spleen, also evidence of systemic involvement). All tests are concluded now, this is the final report.

Is this something that is contagious? :(

Feeding them chicken is not bad. Who ever told you that was a big no is full of it.
According to my vet, feeding them chicken is fine. Feeding them RAW chicken (bought commercially) is the "Big No" - just like it is for people and other pets.
I'm so sorry you lost your hen. I don't care how many people try to tell us, "It's just a chicken." When they're pets, they're much more than that ... especially when our children are attached.
Oh ... and BTW ... BOTH of your "girls" are positively beautiful!

Your coop...is it well ventilated?
What kind of litter do you use and do you change it often?
Does your coop get wet?
Super ventilated as there are two big windows I have open all day but close at night. I use coop clean that I change once a month and in the winter there is one corner side that gets moist but nothing crazy.
I’m really good about keeping things clean. I use a thin layer of DE on the plywood before I lay bedding

Something is getting moldy somewhere.

Maybe the bedding is holding it in/hiding it.
