They are probably Welsh Harlequins yes, but it is possible they could be snowy mallards also. Both breeds look very similar and the main difference is size. However, Snowy Mallards are not a very common breed. My avatar is a picture of one of my snowy mallard hens.
 
Congrats..Strange the seller could not tell a Duck egg from a Chicken egg?..Difference in the shells. Oh well, you got really lucky with getting Ducklings..:woot
Didn't it surprise you when they took 28 days to hatch and not 21 days?..:idunno
 
Yah, the explanations in the first post.

And wrote the seller and they said they mistookenly sent me someone else’s order and offered a refund. Told them not to worry about it, things happen, specially when it’s that time of the year for lil ones.
Did they tell you what type of ducks they are?
