I held onto my Christmas Omaha Steak cooler just in case I try to build one. As for a good dimmer switch, if you have an IKEA they have a great one that is really inexpensive! My IKEA is a 1 1/4 hour drive, so it doesn't happen often, but I like the store!

On almost the dimmest setting, it holds 102*F pretty steadily (I will, of course, have to get it lower than that).
