It is awesome in the garden for killing various pests. In the rare cases I had fleas on my animals, it was a good "dust" for rugs and them. Now they say it can help people too.

I dunno, I know it works great as a pool filter.

I like to use DE as baby powder with a little pine sap for that rugged outdoor scent.
Just incase someone reads that and tries it..

It costs just as much to feed a good looking healthy chicken as it does to feed a reject bird that has its head twisted around sideways. You can give em all the vitamins you want to prop up a deficiency but you have to wonder if it’s wise to breed a bird like that?
