Unusually small eating and lack of egg laying

I have a flock of four (recently started) and all are laying except one (who should started laying a month ago). She is at the bottom of the pecking order, and does not eat as much as the others. Her crop is usually much smaller then the rest, but I still rarely see her eat, and she doesn’t seem to be losing weight either. She is not being pecked or attacked by any of the other chickens, but stops eating when the others are eating near her. is this normal for chickens in low social status, or should I be concerned?

Yes, it's normal when they're at the bottom of the pecking order. You can put out another feeder if you wish. It will help alleviate that problem.
