URGENT-- frozen feet!

Took her out for more fluids, here are her feet and legs.
They look swollen, and a little dark, but they do feel warm to the touch now.
They also seem very very painful, and she doesn't want to stand yet.

@Dona Worry right now they don't look too bad. I would continue with what you are doing. Fluids, get her eating, keep her relatively warm and don't mess with the feet too much, but I agree with getting the tie off just in case the legs swell up.
Once she's o.k. you can replace that.

I do hope that you found her in time and there's not a lot of damage. Sometimes it may take a day or so before you can really see if there is any.

I'm setting up a hospital pen for her in the dog's crate in my house.

My dog is NOT impressed. That's her BED!

Pics of your coop and run set up would be helpful too. You mentioned that she may have fallen or gotten out after bed check... Maybe we can help figure out a way to make your coop escape-proof. :)
Well, it is my fault. I leave the door to the run open at night because their water is out there, and I don't always get out at first light to feed them etc.
But you can bet tonight I am closing that little door.
Usually the coop stays pretty cozy even with that little door open, and they have a heat lamp above their favorite roost.
