Use of humidity packs to regulate incubation humidity?

Wow! Those are really cool. So would the eggs have to be inside the little pack? I'm with you @WVduckchick if anything my humidity runs too high even running the incubator dry.

Oh I didn’t even pay attention to that. If that’s the case, it won’t work. The eggs need to breathe!
 
I have not used them but read on here where someone used those packs that come with items to keep humdity down... I don't remember the name of them but they say' don't eat' on them.
People have used dehumidifier in the room too.. I can't deal with humdity so the house is air conditioned :oops:
 
At first glance it looks like the lowest it will get to is 62%???

Those packs are not designed to work at the temperatures that are in an incubator. They are designed to work in a humidor or similar setting. They are not expected to work with the amount of air exchange there is in an incubator.

From what I understand you just place the bag inside the incubator, then proceed as normal
