Using CORID to rid chikens of Coccidiosis

I'm pretty sure one of my young layers has a case of Coccidiosis, bloody poop present, lethargic chicken, hunched and not very active, eating and drinking has decreased and egg laying has ceased. I will be starting a course of CORID for the whole flock...5....but while on the CORID can we consume their eggs?? (the ones who are still laying) I've searched sights and read the back of the CORID bottle with no real answer. Can anyone help me with this question?? Thank you in advance!

the eggs should be ok to eat immediately with no withdrawal period.
