Hello fellow Green Mountain People,

I'm unloading birds. My cockerel guy never showed up and after several calls of reassurance and two months later I've got to unload. If anyone wants free cockerels/cocks for meat, flock or breeding. I'm getting rid of Plymouth Rocks all together so many hens and pullets available too.

Silver Penciled Plymouth Rock Have some good stock and can set up a trio or quad or any which way you want them. Some are partridge or split cockerels. Could set up for partridge or silver. Fair price on pullets/hens, cock or cockerels free.

Blue Laced Red Wyandotte Mostly cockerels of these. A few would make very good breeders. Would let a few pullets or hens go of fair quality too.

Meat Dual purpose Cockerels are 7 months of age and good size. Carcass would be 5 lbs plus. At roasting age. Free.

Does anyone know anything about the Green Mountain Poultry show @ Tunbridge fairgrounds? Usually the Saturday of Mother’s Day Weekend. The website hasn’t been updated since 2020… I assume because of the covid.

They canceled it last year because of Covid as well. They posted about it on their Facebook page. I hope they're able to do it this year, but with Omicron, who knows.
