At this point, yes, I would go with a B Complex vitamin, using the B3 level as a guide for dosage. 150 mg B3 per gallon of drinking water. Keep her as comfortable and non-stressed as possible with fresh water, feed, some nutritious treats, reasonably warm, TLC.
And vet help.

I can attest to DuMor quality, I used to use it for my chickens, switched when I got ducks... huge difference in my chickens and never have had an issue with my ducks...
I will use it if nothing else is available, but personally I won't use it as a daily diet...
