Very watery droppings.

I was out with my hens this morning and heard a big splash! I noticed it came from my one Han so I paid attention to it for a while. It's droppings are mostly completely clear water. Water and solids. But water mostly....imagine a bowl of water with a few tiny black things floating around in it.

It's fairly cold here. Only starting to warm up. Still definitely jacket weather so it's not from over drinking due to heat.

Any thoughts?

I know it sounds gross but a picture might help us figure anything out, and believe it or not most animals will drink more water in the winter because it is so dry out, so it could just be from that.
