Haha That was really hilarious! Haha I loved that too! I love how calm the lady was too! Lol. I'd have had my husband, the neighbors, a couple of fire trucks, stopped passing traffic... police officers...all running around after the poor terrified hawk! haha Probably would have been out there with a gun...and a hoe or shovel..or stick...screaming for someone to help my babies! Hahaha
Bonus....betcha that hawk will never bother another chicken! Hahaha

That video and one of those I posted above show human more involved and improperly.

Most events of interest to me do not get beyond the display stage. The chickens do a lot of displaying getting hawk to back down. Once chicken gets it into head to go after hawk, the hawk backs down before contact made. Most of the videos do not show what occured before chickens attack hawk. None of the hawks shown are larger Red-tailed Hawk or similar. They can defend themselves better.
