Same here - a box shows up and I'm like, what did I order? I always hope for something exciting but then I open it and it's... supplements for the dog, some screws, and a pack of socks for hubby.

@Smokerbill I wanted to tell you, I had to buy some fresh bay leaves for a recipe and wanted to figure out what to do with the rest of them. I dehydrated them in my oven at 120 degrees for several hours, 4 or 5, and they come out perfectly dried. I think you could do this with all of your herbs this year. The bay leaves are so much nicer than the ones in the jar!!!

Yes, I do that for the ones that dont typically make it through winter

I actually used my air fryer as well, but the same could be done in the oven and I didn't know you had an air fryer. My air fryer has multiple functions and the one for dehydrating actually works like an oven.

I got a couple round dehydrators on sales and use those for herbs. Usually outside because hubby can't take the concentrated smell of some of them.

I got an old round Ronco dehydrator for a buck last summer at a garage sale, but it runs hotter than I'd like for drying herbs. I think it was around 170 degrees.

Trying to call urology clinic today has been straight from hadies this morning going like non stop.
DH is home I am lead nurse now.
