Waterfall Cove - A Seahorse Role Play

The prince summoned Swordtail, Coral, Faith, and the servant who had first discovered the disaster together. "So what has been found out so far about the kidnapping?" he asked the two guards.

"someone snuck into the room at around midnight. They got up the lattuce, through the window. That's all we know." Swordtail said.

"W... what are you going to do to me...?" Lily asked the figure.

"No other clues? Ah, well. Do you have any idea in which direction the capturer (sp?) might have gone?" he questioned.

"Nothing bad, if you keep quiet and don't make a fuss," said the mysterious seahorse.

"the seahorse seems to have gone towards the old ruins. All we could find was a small piece that must have fallen off the sack." swordtail replied.

"if I ever find out who you are, you will go into the dungeon!" lily said, angerly closing her eyes and turning her head the other way.

Solana was outside trying to track the kidnapper, using the help of a trained sea snail. " Come on, Tracker, can't you smell anything?" she exclaimed. Finally, he seemed to have picked up a trail and started heading east of the old ruins.

The prince sighed a sad sigh. "I don't know what to do. The guards are already on the patrol but have not seen anything suspicious. The kidnapper may have gotten her out of the country if he went into Oronoco ( a nearby country).

The seahorse sighed and lowered its head. "I know, I'm sorry."

"Agh! Can't sea snails go any faster than that?!" Solana wondered, following the trained snail. Then Tracker turned towards a large rock, sniffed around, and stopped. "Come on! This is no time for stopping!" the seahorse exclaimed. The snail was nudging the rock. "What is it?" asked Solana, now intrigued. She began trying to push the rock, but it was too heavy for her to move. "No use." she sighed. "Let's go back to the castle and tell them about this. You had better not be playing games with me." She began to pick up the snail when her tail hit a bump on the rock. The rock began sliding back, revealing a narrow tunnel...

As Solana went down into the tunnel with Tracker, she could see distant firelight ahead. She had swam towards the light for about five minutes when she heard a grating sound. She turned slowly around, and took a last glimpse of the light above as the rock over the tunnel opening fell into position. "Take courage," she whispered to herself, "You'll get out of here just as easily as you came in," trying to cheer herself up as she kept swimming towards the fire. When she finally came close to it, Solana saw that the fire was in the center of a round room which seemed to be the meeting place of six passages, including her own- six passages guarded by twelve guards!

"Did you hear that?" asked one guard, jumping. "Hear what exactly?" asked the older guard standing next to him. "That noise," he said nervously. The other just shook his head and muttered, "That's what they're all like the first day on the job." A seahorse swam into the room, after the guard let him through. The seahorse had a large bundle on it's back. It took a quick pause to study it's map, and then went on down another passage.
