Weird posture - sick hen?

We have a hen that in the past 2 days is walking and standing like a duck or a regular bird. Chest up, butt down.
At a distance, I paniced at first thinking she was a hawk.
She is eating and drinking, but I know there has to be something wrong. Bottom a little messy, but not bad.

Suggestions?
