Weird things only poultry people get.

I saw in the comments on a chicken video on YouTube: They got something wrong in the video. It doesn’t matter about the chicken breed for egg color. Chickens lay brown eggs when they’re happy, and white eggs when they’re sad. That’s why brown eggs are better. Chickens also don’t lay blue eggs. The ones they showed are fake.

Me four. But with everything happening right now..I kinda have already. But, I will never lose faith in my chickens.

They are from an envious chicken. Dark brown is from a naughty chicken. Blue is from an guilty chicken. And, of course, olive is from a nice chicken.

And here I thought olive was green. So they are nicely envious? I have a hen who lays pink eggs. Does that mean she is embarrassed?

Yup. World's insane. Chickens are tiny, egg-laying, crowing, fluffy, adorable, interesting, personable little miracles.
