Anyway, I'm back from my lumber buying, and the total came in right around where I estimated it. So I should be able to frame out one of my new bantam coops now. But we're getting rain off and on so I'm not sure if I'll be able to get a start on it today or not.

Somehow I got roped into toting firewood. The power company was out last week, dropped a few of our trees that were close to their lines. Hubby is splitting it now, and like a big dummy, I go to check on him. And now I'm trailering and stacking the stuff!

But I came in for a coffee swap, and to check my hatch and my last Marans is about to break out.

Hey, I just ended up at a new place. Had to claim my elephant herd to gain entrance, and they stole my magician's hat.
