It says it is the insert image tool. There needs to be one of those for the site. If you do not have that, then the auto resizing functions for the site will not work and image storage will be even bigger than it is now.

Are we expected to paste in images now?

Yes I think they are and I dont think they are having issues with password the site just won't even load. Something about redirecting too many times? I tagged Nifty over there too. They're on Firefox and it will not work at all. Not sure what is wrong with the other people

They are having problems with their machine...computer/tablet what ever it is they are using will not accept cookies.
I am almost positive it is their "machines" fault...not this website.

I had to use Google chrome to get on here. Regular google would not work for me.
