What’s wrong with my hen?

Hello, recently my hen has expressed

-Severe weight loss, she’s super skinny.
-Droopy, pink comb
-Not wanting to really eat crumbles
-excessive drinking
-green watery/diharrea poop
-poopy butt
-lethargic
-No energy to walk/not resistant when I hold her (unusual because she usually doesn’t like handling)

I’ve been giving her supplements in her water. She’s eating treats like lettuce but not really her normal feed. She’s been like this for a couple of days. She’s still alert, just very slow moving

When was her last egg?

I'd check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight. Drinking a lot of water can indicate a problem with the crop.
Have you ever dewormed her? Getting a fecal float will tell you if worms are part of the issue.
Look her over for lice/mites and also take note if she's molting.

Try to encourage her to eat her normal feed, you can try offering it made into a wet mash. Bits of egg or fish (sardines/mackerel) are often enticing.
