I have bantams and they tend to crow once their saddle feathers come in which is around 2 months.

Well as of this morning Henry is crowing at almost 9 weeks and surprisingly well too.
He dosent even have a tail yet but crowed well enough to rile up his dad.

Do you think that they may start if you play YouTube videos of roosters crowing? I’ve done it for my gals and they find it interesting ... was wondering if it would help my little guy get the itch

Wouldn't hurt to try. Henry has been hearing his dad and it seems like he couldnt wait to crow.
He was at it again this morning, such a good boy gets right next to the neighbor's fence and just goes.

Not fast enough for me... while when babies they are absolutely adorable... I always can’t wait till they are big and beautiful!

I am really curious as to how big they're going to get.

Mine will be a macho midget cuz he will have 12 standard ladies!! Plus, his 3 Cochin “sisters” and 1 Silkie “mama”
