What am I? - Spider -

I found this sort of strolling across our driveway. I have lived in the general area all my life (Northern Dutchess Co., NY) and this is the first time I have seen this. Does anyone knows what it is? Thanks

It kinda looks like the ones we have here that the locals call "fall spiders". All of a sudden they were everywhere. I can't tell you how many webs I've been tangled up in in the morning. Eeeeew!
I don't mind spiders- when they are OUTSIDE. But I sure don't like getting one of those buggers in my hair. Gives me the shivers!
