Curiously, what's in your kit and why?

betadine solution - for cleaning skin and wounds
bleach - for cleaning brooders, feeders, and waterers.
Blu-Kote - I have this, but do not use it on poultry.
chlorhexidine scrub - great for cleaning skin
chlorhexidine solution - great for flushing wounds
gentian violet - I have this too, but never used it.
iodine - used for treating pox lesions
oxine - used for cleaning brooders
peroxide - used for inducing vomiting in cats and dogs.
rubbing alcohol - used for wetting feathers before giving fluids
Tek-Trol - Have this, but have not used it yet.

Iodine: for wound cleaning
Peroxide: for 50/50 solution to clean hatching eggs and clean incubator
Vetericyn: keep wounds moisturized and clean
Rubbing alcohol: I have swabs and use them to clean around wounds
Blu Kote: use to spray on wounds that are red so it stops pecking or picking
Lysol wipes or homemade disinfectant wipes: I use to wipe down brooder and other surfaces when they're not in use and out away for storage
Bleach: I use sometimes on the brooder panels before I put them away for storage
Sterile water flush: I use to squirt on wounds or get a better look at wounds

I have a lot of medical supplies that I use on a daily basis so a lot of them are used with my chickens if I ever have any emergencies or my dogs or cat.

Pressurized saline wound wash: for cleaning out any dirt and debris in and around the a wound.

Vetericyn: my go to disinfectant/ wound dressing for mild to moderate injuries. I like that it is in a spray bottle.

Betadine: used mainly if I am dealing with a peck wound on a comb, face, or anywhere I don't want to use a spray disinfectant.

Blu-kote: I have only used it a couple times to deter feather picking. Stained my white hen purple but at least she stopped loosing feathers to her flock mates.

Bleach: surface disinfectant for coops, brooders, and indoor surfaces.

Rubbing alchohol: used to clean and disinfect tools used on the chickens (like my first aid scissors or the blade used in bumble surgery)

Cause nothing else is better
I only found out this stuff existed last year. I told my dad about it and he bought some to try to reduce the viral load on his property (his last flock had Marek's). I am gonna get some of the tablets from him so I can use it too when I clean my coops before the new chicks come.
